Sensory Licence for Olive Oil
The next "Sensory Licence for Olive Oil" is planned for 2011 (March until June, divided in seven modules and followed by a final examination that allows access to the Swiss Olive Oil Panel SOP in case of sucess) .
Soon the detailed program and the exact time table will be available for download here. It depends on the amount of interested participants if the next course will take place.
For the year 2010 is planned a daily course concerning "Tasting Technique for Olive Oil". This course will lead you into the world olf olive oil and is concernd with the following aspects - harvest, olive varieties, production techniques, legislation, declaration and tasting (paneltest and sensory evaluation) of Olive Oil "extra virgin".
