Sensory Licence for Olive Oil

The next "Sensory Licence for Olive Oil" is planned for 2012 (March until June, divided in seven modules and followed by a final examination that allows access to the Swiss Olive Oil Panel SOP in case of sucess)  detailed program and the exact time table. It depends on the amount of interested participants if the next course will take place.

For the year 2011/2012 as well daily courses concerning "Tasting Technique for Olive Oil" is planned. These courses will lead you into the world olf olive oil and are concernd with the following aspects - harvest, olive varieties, production techniques, legislation, declaration and tasting (paneltest and sensory evaluation) of Olive Oil "extra virgin"  detailed description.
