2nd International Olive Congress 2003 - Zurich

The 2nd International Olive Congress - Zürich 2003 took place on March 21, 2003 at the Unviversity of applied Sciences Waedenswil. The slogan was "Origin, Traceability and Evaluation".

The results of the 2nd International Olive Oil Award - Zurich 2003 were published on this occasion and the Golden and Silver Olives were awarded to the winners.
